Milena is a seasoned investor and advocate for sustainable innovation with 25 years of experience spanning venture capital, investment banking, wealth management, and startup advisory. She believes that asset allocators hold incredible power—and responsibility—to shape a better future for our planet and humanity, recognizing that the two are fundamentally interdependent.
At Antares Ventures, Milena is committed to the firm’s mission to bring transformative, globally sourced innovation to address sustainability challenges in Asia Growth Markets. She co-chairs the Climate Solutions Committee at the Singapore Venture Capital Association, where she fosters a strong community of climate-focused investors across the region. In addition, Milena serves as a Board Trustee of the Clean Air Fund (UK), a leading non-profit at the intersection of climate and health.
Previously, Milena was Partner at Aera VC, a global climate tech-focused venture capital firm investing in breakthrough technologies that accelerate the world to a sustainable future. In her earlier career as Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in London, Milena advised on over $10bn in M&A and IPO deal value. In Singapore, she also worked in UBS Wealth Management, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals on asset allocation and wealth planning.
Milena holds an MSc in International Finance from the London School of Economics and is a CFA charterholder.
