Joe is an Associate at Antares Ventures, where he is responsible for investor relations and fundraising efforts globally. Before joining Antares, Joe worked at Thrive Alternatives in the Secondary Advisory team focusing on GP-led and LP-led Secondary transactions across Asia. He also spent time at AccelerAsia Ventures as an Associate in the investment team, where he drove deal sourcing, execution and portfolio management. In this role, he supported early-stage B2B technology founders in Southeast Asia with finance, strategy and capital raising.
Joe began his career in finance with Kotak Investment Banking and went on to gain cross-functional experience in digital transformation at Mashreq Bank in Dubai and in research management at Goldman Sachs India. His interest in private markets deepened while completing his MSc in Finance at the National University of Singapore. He further honed his venture capital expertise through roles with TNB Aura and The Yield Lab and as a Student Venture Partner with Picus Capital Germany, where he sourced Southeast Asian deals.
Joe holds a Master’s in Finance from the National University of Singapore. Outside of work, he is a multi-sport athlete and avid traveler.
