Antares Ventures is honored to announce our appointment as one of SEEDS Capital’s newest co-investment partners, reinforcing our commitment to accelerating the growth of deep tech startups in Singapore and beyond.
SEEDS Capital (SEEDS), the investment arm of Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), has appointed 20 new local and global partners, including Antares Ventures, to catalyze investments in pioneering deep tech ventures under the Startup SG Equity scheme. SEEDS will set aside S$150 million (US$110 million) over the next three years, aiming to mobilize an additional S$300 million (US$220 million) through its private sector partners to support high-impact startups across key sectors such as Advanced Manufacturing, Pharmbio/Medtech, Agrifood Tech, Sustainability, Spacetech, and Quantumtech.
With the addition of Antares Ventures and other esteemed investment partners, SEEDS now has a total of 52 co-investors with extensive domain expertise, international networks, and early-growth investment capabilities. This robust network will provide deep tech startups with not only critical funding but also strategic support to scale their operations and expand globally.

As part of this initiative, Antares Ventures will support deep tech startups in accessing new markets and diversifying their supply chains. Our track record of successfully investing in and accelerating deep tech companies positions us as a strategic partner in this endeavor. To date, the Startup SG Equity scheme has facilitated investments totaling close to S$3 billion (US$2.2 billion) in over 330 startups. With the recent increase in SEEDS Capital’s co-investment cap from S$8 million to S$12 million per deep tech startup, the initiative is set to provide even greater support for groundbreaking innovations.
