Antares Ventures has an in-market presence across Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East, and invests in and supports deep-tech companies globally. Given this scope, strong and consistent communications play a critical role in shaping how the firm and its portfolio are understood across markets.
We are looking for a Communications Analyst to support day-to-day communications execution across written content, visuals, and coordination. This role works closely with the Head of Communications and supports firm-level branding, thought leadership, and event related materials. This role is focused on high-quality execution across a wide range of outputs. It is well suited for someone who is comfortable working from briefs, translating direction into clear deliverables, and iterating quickly through feedback.
– Draft and refine short-form written content (e.g. LinkedIn posts, captions, simple copy)
– Support longer-form materials based on guidance (e.g. blog posts, newsletters)
– Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and messaging across outputs
– Create or adapt simple visual materials, including: Social media carousels, Event posters and invitations, One-pagers, slides, and basic documents
– Build standardized brand materials to support cohesive, cross-channel messaging.
– Support communications around events, announcements, and internal initiatives
– Track feedback, revisions, and timelines
– Follow up with internal stakeholders as needed
– Learn firm narrative, terminology, and standards over time
– Improve execution quality through feedback loops and documentation
– 3–5 years’ experience in communications, content, marketing, social media, or related fields
– Strong writing fundamentals (English proficiency required)
– Good visual judgement; experience in an agency or content-heavy environment is a plus
– Comfortable working with ambiguity and rough direction
– Able to execute independently and ask clarifying questions when needed
– Comfortable working hands-on across both content and visual materials
– Experience with simple design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, basic layout tools)
– Familiarity with social media content workflows, especially LinkedIn
– Exposure to startup, VC, agency, or global team environments is advantageous
